Form to Function to Lightness: A Study in Biomechanics

Evaluating the biomechanics of horse and rider goes beyond riding position and the common concepts of equitation.  Knowing the asymmetries and resistances of both you and your horse is the first step in the process of establishing correct biomechanics.  Once you are aware of the areas to address, you will be given specific gymnastic exercises that will help you to establish a program that allows you and your horse to move in greater harmony and with greater relaxation.  You will develop better straightness, balance and lightness.  COST: $125 per horse/rider to Katrina Sanders$15 Haul-in to Golden Hills Farm.  8 Rider Maximum
